Kpinga: the Zande's answer to the boomerang!
The kpinga was a weapon used by the African Zande tribal fighters as a tool of masculitnity, as well as superiority. When thrown, it could penetrate through most anything, from armor to shields and other thing/living things. It is also known to ricochet off of things to kill/maim/amputate. Made of steel and/or iron, it is a very deadly weapon.
